On at least two separate occasions, after a panic phone call from him, I dropped what I was doing to attend his property for issues involving other work that was being carried out. I wasn’t the main contractor, multiple trades were in attendance at any given time, organised by Andreas, often without consideration for stages that the work needed to be carried out which we found rather challenging at times. Prices were given with a full description, but even so we had to explain several times what they were paying for. During our time at the job neither Andreas nor his wife gave us the impression that they were not happy with our work.
