Martin did a bathroom install for my parents and on the back of that we hired him to completely refit our bathroom. He did a great job, the whole process from picking the bathroom suite etc at MPH Bathrooms to having Martin and Kevin in the house for two weeks was all totally stress free. He’s a real pro, has an eye for the detail and the end result is excellent. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

We have used Martin on several emergencies and he has always delivered, very helpful and attentive and trustworthy. We then asked him to do a complete bathroom rework. Having suffered a previous Wickes installation, we were amazed but not surprised by Martin's work. I don't think he would have been more considerate if it was his own bathroom. You can question, change and he will give you his extensive advice. Our new bathroom, looks and feels like a 5 star hotel, and no snags. His is trustworthy in the house and a pleasure to be around. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

This is the second time that Martin has come to my rescue. With aging parents living 120 miles away I needed someone that I knew that I could trust to do a first class job. Martin has been brilliant on both occasions. The first time helping my mother in law with a burst in her kitchen. An amazing service which included his wife getting involved. The most recent, an issue with a bathroom toilet that had stopped working causing major difficulties for my elderly father which he fixed without fuss. I can only say that Martin is like Batman. He arrives quickly, sorts out the problem no matter how difficult, and he is a really nice guy. Top grade service for us for a number of years as we rent out flats which have plumbing problems now and again. He has also sorted plumbing probems in our house and for many of our neighbours as everyone knows he is one of the best.

Martin came to quote for fitting a set of 1/4 turn basin taps - an outside cold tap and a new heated towel radiator in our shower room. He arrived promptly, checked ,gave us a very competitive quote which we accepted,and rang us a couple of days later to arrange a fitting date / time. Discovered that I had a water leak under my bath, gave Martin a call and within a couple of hours he arrived and identified that the cold water pipe, which was under the floor, was leaking. Martin isolated the leak and repiped a new supply to the bathroom within a few hours.I have used Martin in the past and found him to be exceptionally hard working with a pride in his work, he gives first class service and nothing is too much trouble, I would highly recommend him. found leak on the internal stopcock . Could not turn the water off. Martin was on site in less than an hour. The main outside stopcock had been concreted over some time in the past.With the help of Severn Trent Water premises isolated and leak mended. Really first class prompt service by Martin.What a star. A fantastic emergency response to help my mother in law who had a water leak in her kitchen. After a disastrous experience with an emergency call out from a different supplier, who managed to make the problem worse, Martin and his wife were absolutely fantastic! Martin’s response was second to none. He not only fixed the problem but also made sure that my mother in law had hot water, central heating, and that the power was safely back on before moving on to his next job. Highly recommended.
