R&R Services have completed  numerous work across the years from new windows, guttering, garage conversion and most recently a 2 storey extension.  Their work is always at a high standard and competitive rates.  Rob and team are friendly and very reliable.

I have been using R&R services for all our renovation projects for approx 25 years. The service we have received particularly from Rob has been outstanding, he offers valuable advice and ingenious solutions ! The team are professional, courteous and punctual and always endeavour to keep the customer updated with what is happening at every step of the project (no matter how big/small) R&R surpassed our expectations with all our projects & any problems have been rectified in a timely fashion . Over the years we have used R&R for windows, kitchens, roofing/porches, and an orangery not to mention patios& general building work all of which have been completed as agreed and to a high standard. Any challenges along the way have always been resolved by Rob. Our recent new window enquiry has been met with the professionalism and great service we have come to expect from R&R. Had fantastic service from Rob, Chatted for ages really nice guy. The team came on time and the work was carried out to a very high standard. We had a glass scratched by a window cleaner within a week of the being fitted, called Rob and he got it sorted. Even had a a company come Into fit blinds who commented on how well they were fitted.defo use again

From the initial conversation with Rob to the windows being fitted, R&R services have provided absolutely excellent service. I highly recommend. My windows have been fitted to perfection, with the aftercare being equally as important to R&R services. As a side note, when I then went on to have my Sash windows measured they also were impressed how well and level my windows had been fitted, it made there job easier. I highly recommend R&R services

From the first approach to completion of the work, professionalism shines through. They are brilliant at identifying your needs and then chatting through innovative options and alternatives you may never have considered. When it comes to delivery, attention to detail is awesome, cleanliness and tidiness are standard and the work staff are knowledgable and skilled. All in all a brilliant team and I would have no hesitation in strongly recommending them.

Disappointing. Requested a quotation, given a "guestimate". Went elsewhere, where quotation was readily provided . ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ REPLY FROM R&R SERVICES: We are sorry that you feel that our service providing you with an estimate for some glass replacement didn’t reach your expectations. We however feel that we should highlight where this went wrong so you understand our situation. Your initial telephone enquiry for a replacement glass unit was taken by one of our staff who then emailed the person that deals with this side of the business. This staff member was about to return from annual leave, we had several off at this busy time. Unfortunately that email didn’t reach her inbox due to us changing email servers around this time so some emails unfortunately got lost in the process. This then prompted you to call back to chase up at which point apologies were given and brief details were taken in order for us to email you a ballpark figure to then establish if this was something you wanted to pursue or not. We would then have called out to complete an accurate survey and confirm an exact cost for you. The next email was from yourself saying you were disappointed with a “guestimate” and you would not be needing our services. As an existing customer I would have certainly discounted the price to merely cover our bare minimum costs as a gesture of goodwill in order to keep our existing customers happy as this is the service that we are proud to provide. We have been a member of the Trading Standards Accredited scheme for 17 years and this is the first time we have received negative feedback. Rob Beddows, Director
